Terms of Service

1. Who we are

NZ On Call Girls is an advertising directory for independent adult-service providers in New Zealand. We provide listing, discovery, booking-request and messaging tools. We are not a party to any arrangement between workers and clients.

2. No exclusivity

We will never require you to advertise exclusively with us. You are free to advertise anywhere else at any time. You retain full ownership of your listing, photos and data, and may pause or delete them at any time.

3. Voluntary work only

All advertised services must be provided voluntarily by verified adults (18+). Any coercion, trafficking, or involvement of minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to Police. This reflects the Prostitution Reform Act 2003 (including s.16 on coercion).

4. Payments

We collect prepaid advertising credits from workers only; credits meter down while an ad is live and are non-refundable. No payment for bookings passes through the platform; those are arranged directly between client and worker.

5. Conduct & safety

Harassment, abuse, sharing of others' private contact details, and attempts to evade safety measures are prohibited. We operate worker-level and platform-level blocklists, and may suspend or ban accounts, phone numbers, devices or IPs for serious breaches.

6. Verification

Workers must complete identity and age verification via our provider. We hold a verification token and face photo only — not your identity documents.

7. Availability

The service is intended for use within New Zealand. We may restrict access by location.
