Frequently asked questions
Do clients need an account?+
No. Browsing and search are fully anonymous. The only step is a quick NZ phone check (a one-time SMS code) when you choose to request a booking — no name, no password, no account to manage.
Why do you need my phone number to book?+
It confirms you're a real person and creates a durable handle without an account. It's only used to confirm you're real — we never market to or call you on it. The single exception is an emergency or safety incident, where it may be provided to an agency such as Police as evidence.
Is this legal in New Zealand?+
Yes. Sex work has been decriminalised in NZ since the Prostitution Reform Act 2003. Advertising a directory like this is legal.
How are workers verified?+
Through a privacy-preserving provider that checks an NZ driver licence plus a liveness selfie. We store a verification token and a face photo for impersonation checks — not your name or ID documents.
Does the platform handle payments between clients and workers?+
Never. Payment for any booking is arranged directly between client and worker, off-platform. We only collect workers' advertising fees.
Is the site available outside New Zealand?+
Listings and booking are available to visitors in New Zealand only. Some public information pages remain readable globally for search engines.
Am I talking to a real person or AI?+
The concierge is a clearly-labelled AI search assistant — it only helps you navigate and filter. All listings are real, opted-in, verified workers. If a worker uses a booking assistant to handle requests, that's disclosed.
